Where climate technologies turn into real infrastructure.
FGS is the embedded execution partner guiding complex climate technologies from early concept to investor-ready, build-ready projects.

The execution gap no one else was built to close.
FGS was created to solve a core bottleneck in climate: the gap between technology that works and projects that actually get built. Too many breakthrough innovations stall before commercial scale because development is complex, messy, and demanding.
Our founder, Amit, spent two decades inside that reality. From civil engineering to leading projects across North America and Sub-Saharan Africa, he saw promising technologies fail to reach their first commercial deployment, not from lack of vision or capital, but from lack of execution capacity.
FGS exists to close that gap. As an embedded development partner, we take responsibility for progress, guiding climate projects through early uncertainty toward build-ready outcomes. We bring the blueprint, horsepower, and discipline needed to move first-of-kind projects from concept to bankable infrastructure faster and with fewer missteps than internal teams working alone.

Our senior leadership team.
The key leaders driving strategy and delivery, backed by an integrated team spanning technical, commercial, and financial execution.

Amit Modi
Amit is the architect behind FGS’s multidisciplinary development model, bringing a rare blend of engineering, commercial structuring, and project-finance experience to the complex challenge of scaling next-generation climate technologies. Over his career, he has led strategy, development execution, contracting, and financing across multiple sectors and geographies—building a reputation for turning ambiguity into clear, actionable pathways. At FGS, Amit guides teams through the technical, commercial, and financial decisions that shape bankable, build-ready projects.

Ka-Ming Lin
Ka-Ming leads the technical, regulatory, and permitting dimensions of FGS projects, drawing on deep experience in engineering, environmental compliance, and development execution. He brings the structure and rigor needed to navigate process design, site development, environmental assessments, agency coordination, and regulatory approvals—ensuring projects move through critical technical and permitting gates with clarity and confidence. His work forms the backbone of FGS’s ability to advance complex, emerging climate technologies toward commercial scale.

Brett Hogarth
Brett leads financial strategy and project finance at FGS, shaping the commercial logic and investment pathways behind emerging climate technologies. His work spans economic modeling, incentives strategy, financing structures, investor-ready documentation, and diligence preparation—ensuring each project is grounded in scalable economics and positioned for successful capital formation. Brett’s role strengthens the bankability of FGS projects, connecting disciplined development with the financial rigor investors expect.
We believe good ideas don’t change the world. Built ones do.
FGS is driven by five principles that shape how we operate, communicate, and build:
Purpose in Progress
Every project should move the planet meaningfully forward.
Purpose in Progress
Clarity as a Force
Complexity deserves simplicity. Structure creates momentum.
Clarity as a Force
Shared Stewardship
We take responsibility for outcomes as if they were our own.
Shared Stewardship
Discipline in Execution
Execution is our craft. Precision matters.
Discipline in Execution
Integrity in Impact
We measure success by what gets built and what it changes.
Integrity in Impact
Turn uncertainty into an investable project.
If you’re developing a new technology, entering a new market, or building your first commercial-scale project, we can help de-risk the path to deployment.
