A first-of-a-kind ("FOAK") commercial-scale facility that uses Resynergi's patented advanced microwave-assisted pyrolysis technology to convert hard-to-recycle plastics into pyrolysis oil, a feedstock for new, high-value plastic products.

FGS established a stage gate model, development and construction schedule, and project structure that investors and lenders recognize. FGS turned feedstock from a perceived risk into a strength, opening doors to relationships with feedstock suppliers and obtaining supply commitments exceeding first-facility demand; identified permitting risks that could have stalled the first site; and opened development-capital channels.
