Carbon Mineralization from Cement Flue Gas

PROJECT OVERVIEW

A 10 tonne-per-day facility that captures CO₂ directly from cement facility flue gas and converts it into high-purity calcium carbonate. Co-located at a cement facility that supplies its calcium feedstock, it is a 10x scale-up of a 1 tonne-per-day pilot and the first commercial-scale deployment of its patented process.

FGS VALUE ADD

Working with Hyperion through the MaRS First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) Lab, FGS is taking the company from a technically sound pilot to a project with a clear development path, installing stage-gate discipline, defining the engineering and procurement strategy, supporting offtake and feedstock arrangements, and rebuilding the financial model into an investor-ready project assessment to support capital raising.
