A FOAK project that will turn legacy asbestos-mine tailings into high-purity magnesium oxide ("MgO"), silica for low-carbon cement, and nickel-cobalt products for the battery supply chain.

Engaged through the MaRS First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) Lab, FGS installed a stage-gate development framework and live risk register across the project's workstreams and delivered independent offtake and market analysis that turned the project's largest risk into a defined, solvable product-qualification program.
